De afdeling
VvAA staat al ruim 90 jaar medici en paramedici ter zijde met
alles wat ze nodig hebben buiten de spreek- en behandelkamer.
Bij VvAA Juridisch advies & rechtsbijstand (JAR) zitten meer
dan 40 specialisten van het recht in de gezondheidszorg. Nergens
vind je zo’n bundeling van kennis over de gezondheidszorg als
hier. Onze leden vertrouwen al decennia voor de meest impactvolle
zaken (gezondheidsrecht, ondernemingsrecht en arbeidsrecht in
de zorg) op de expertise van VvAA’s juristen. Kritisch als ze
zijn, doen ze dat niet zomaar. In de behandeling van tuchtzaken
zijn we zelfs marktleider. Als geen ander kunnen we zaken collectief
aanpakken, omdat we beroepsgroepoverstijgend werken en veel vergelijkbare
zaken behandelen. Dat doen we vanuit de inhoud, gericht op de
relatie en met lef.

framework, processes, templates and standard documents, and contribute
to the roll out of internal compliance policies.
You will work together with 2 other legal counsels and report
to the Head of Legal.

Ben jij een advocaat die de overstap wil maken naar het bedrijfsleven
en heb je minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met vastgoed en/of huurrecht
bedrijfsruimte (bij voorkeur) in de advocatuur, dan is dit wat
voor jou. Ben je werkzaam als bedrijfsjurist maar heb je wel
een vastgoed en/of huurrecht achtergrond in de advocatuur, dan
kom ik ook graag met je in contact.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van de huurcontracten.
In deze rol behartig je de belangen van onze opdrachtgever bij
het opstellen van de contractstukken met betrekking tot verhuur.
Je draagt bij aan optimale randvoorwaarden om bedrijfsdoelstellingen
te realiseren door mee te denken over contractinhoud, proces-
en kwaliteitsverbetering.
Je bent een sparringpartner op het eigen vakgebied, zowel intern
als extern en je fungeert als eerste schakel. Je werkzaamheden
zijn daarbij gericht op het formaliseren van de met huurders
gemaakte afspraken naar (huur)overeenkomsten. Dit doe je op juridisch
en inhoudelijk correcte wijze om zo procedures op de korte en

Wij zijn op zoek naar junior juristen die cijfers niet schuwen en die het interessant vinden op een grootschalig project te werken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met de volgende zaken:
• Doorgronden en analyseren van rentederivaten dossiers;
• Schrijven van korte, bondige en to the point adviezen en oplossingen waar de Taskforce een besluit op kan nemen;
• Analyseren wat de relevante issues zijn in een rentederivaten dossier. Hierbij komen juridische, financiële en bancaire aspecten aan bod;
• Contact onderhouden met lokale banken voor aanvullende informatie;
• Managen van de aangegeven tijdlijnen.
Je dient te beschikken over de volgende functie-eisen:
• Een afgeronde WO-opleiding Rechten, bij voorkeur Master Financieel Recht of Ondernemingsrecht;
• Kennis en/of ervaring met het Uniform Herstelkader Rentederivaten, rentederivaten/renteswaps, financieringen, Kifid-procedures, beleggingsverzekeringen of het Dexia dossier;
• Analytische vaardigheden, het snel kunnen doorgronden van dossiers;
• Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden;
• Kwaliteitsgericht, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
• Cijfermatig inzicht;
• Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken;

What’s the role?
