As Legal Counsel at Nuon/Vattenfall you will be involved in
and advise on a variety of legal issues, with a focus on M &
A and corporate legal matters in the Netherlands. Your activities
include pro-actively structuring transactions, drafting and reviewing
(legal) documents and actively participating in negotiations
to meet business objectives and mitigate legal risks. Additional
